ITS Achieves Near Perfect Customer Satisfaction Level
Denver, CO January 3, 2006
Robert Gerberg, President of ITS, the nation's leading provider of job search resources for those seeking over $50,000, today announced that the firm has achieved a near perfect customer satisfaction level.
"In a service business, many people say it's impossible to please every single person who uses your services," Gerberg said, "and they might be correct, but that won't stop us from targeting a 100% perfect customer satisfaction level. We're not there yet, but we keep getting closer to it. 2006 saw the fewest number of client complaints in the history of the firm, and all but a few of those were effectively resolved very quickly. In most cases people chose to continue working with us. Our client satisfaction level now exceeds 98%.
In most service businesses, any rate over 80% is considered acceptable, and over 90% is exceptional. Obviously, we set higher standards than the average, and we're proud of the fact that we're well on our way to meeting those standards. We sincerely believe we can achieve 100% customer satisfaction levels for all the different types of services we offer, including those that involve several thousand mail and electronic contacts for our clients. Is that practical? For most people, no. For ITS, is it possible? We say yes.
What is the basis for our optimism? We are continually upgrading our capabilities in all areas writing superior creative materials, accessing the entire job market, distributing our clients' credentials, solving their liabilities, improving interview skills, following up with direction and encouragement from a team of professionals, and more. It's paying off."

ITS Alumni a Growing Source of Enthusiastic Endorsements
Denver, CO January 3, 2006
"Our enthusiastic alumni constitute one of our most important assets," claims Robert Gerberg, President of ITS, the nation's leading provider of job search resources for people seeking $50,000+. "Every day more endorsements come to us from people who are thrilled with their new position and growth prospects, giving us high marks for making it possible," Gerberg said.
"We recently culled hundreds of comments from those provided by over 2500 successful clients. We put that small sampling in a book we call Let Us Share With You Some Experiences of Our Thousands of Clients. Its 112 pages are full of hundreds of enthusiastic endorsements of ITS, its people, and the power of its resources.
Comments can be viewed on their overall experience, our team support, resumes and letters, our website, our Marketing Plans and Distributions, and more. Many of these clients elected to join our ITS Advisory Group, because they want to maintain a longer lasting relationship with the firm. They not only provide endorsements, but many also provide referrals and give us valuable feedback and suggestions for improvements. In return for this valuable assistance, ITS provides free access to some of its resources for their family members, and hosts regular meetings in offices around the country.
As our clients' successes grow and membership in our Advisory Group increases, we expect to receive endorsements and referrals at an ever increasing pace. We owe our reputation to these highly valued alumni, and have the deepest appreciation for their support and loyalty."

Number of ITS Alumni with Enthusiastic Endorsements Keeps Growing
Denver, CO January 3, 2006
"2500 enthusiastic clients can't be wrong, and they're growing daily," noted Robert Gerberg, President of ITS, the nation's leading provider of job search resources for people seeking $50,000+. "More completion reports come in daily, and we're having a tough time processing them fast enough to get their success stories out to our dedicated professionals, who deserve that kind of daily positive feedback.
"For the public, we've recently taken a small sampling of comments from our database, and put them in a book we call Let Us Share With You Some Experiences of Our Thousands of Clients. Its 112 pages are full of hundreds of typical comments and letters. The most significant aspect of these comments is the high level of enthusiasm these people have for their new position, and for the resources and services of ITS and its people.
Virtually every resource we provide has been highly complimented by clients at one point or another, but obviously some are most frequently mentioned. The most frequently mentioned would include our resumes and letters, our website, our ongoing team support and direction and guidance from the client's Marketing Director, our research on employers and others, and our distributions of resumes and letters by mail and electronically to large employers, recruiters, venture capital firms and growth firms.
We've long since reached the point where we hear the same positive comments a number of times, but we're happy to add more as our clients' successes continue."
